Jeff Leake

President & Director

Jeff Leake has served as the Lead Pastor of Allison Park Church in Pittsburgh, PA for more than 28 years. Jeff is the author of five books, and he founded Reach Northeast, an initiative to plant churches in the northeastern part of the United States. Through this initiative, he has helped to parent 31 new church plants over the last twenty years, and to create a movement of well over 100 new churches. Jeff also started a non-profit called Network of Hope as well as the Allison Park Leadership Academy. He and his wife, Melodie, have been married for 32 years and have five children, and three grandchildren.

Lorna Albanese

academic advisor

Lorna Albanese has been serving as the Campus Pastor at the Ohio River Campus in Ambridge since May of 2021. She is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God with over thirty years of ministry experience. She was born and raised in South Dakota and made Pittsburgh her home in 1989 after graduating from North Central University with a music degree. She will complete a Masters Degree from the University of Valley Forge in 2022. She enjoys spending time with her two adult daughters, especially if it's at a Steelers game!

Brian Lippert

Prayer School & Outreach Director

Brian is a graduate of Allison Park Leadership Academy, and currently serves on staff - both as the Worship Pastor at the Allison Park North Side Campus, and as the Worship and Outreach Director of APLA. Brian is married to his wife Angie, and has one son, Gavin.

David Leake

Residency Year

Dave serves as the Campus Pastor at the North Side Campus. Dave and his wife Sarah have relished the opportunity to pastor in one of the most diverse communities in the city. He enjoys reading (and/or listening to) good books, following his favorite sports teams (Chelsea FC + Pittsburgh Steelers), and spending time with loved ones.

Eran Holt

Youth

Eran is the founder of Lead the Generation, a non-profit ministry providing training and inspiration for youth pastors, volunteer youth leaders and student leaders. He has over 20 years of Student Ministry experience.  Eran’s passionate, creative and relevant preaching has distinguished him as a prophetic voice and communicator. Eran’s passion is to inspire adults to become spiritual fathers and mothers who will raise up an army of students to lead their generation.

Josh Leake

Worship

Josh is the Worship Pastor at the Hampton Campus of Allison Park church and also serves as the Worship Growth Coach for all campuses. As someone who is particularly passionate about discipling and raising up new worship leaders, he intensely values people and helping launch them into God’s purpose for their life.

Brendon Robinson

Production

Brendon Robinson is the experience director at Allison Park Church and also serves as the production growth coach for all campuses. Brendon has been on staff since 2013 serving and leading the creative efforts of Allison Park Church. Brendon is passionate about creating space for creatives in the church to communicate the message of Christ and grow the kingdom of God while discovering the gifts God has given them.

Sarah Graefe

Kids Ministry

Sarah is the Children’s Director at the Hampton Campus of Allison Park Church. She has traveled all over the world. In 2010, she had the opportunity to serve as a missionary in Ethiopia with Mission SOS, where she first truly realized her passion for children's ministry. She believes kids teach us more about the heart of God and absolutely loves being part of the APC team.

Kyler Sederwall

Missions/Non-Profit Ministry

After completing his Pastoral Counseling degree and graduating from the University of Valley Forge in 2016, Kyler moved to Pittsburgh and began working as a young adults pastor at Allison Park Church. Currently, he serves as both the APC missions director and program director of Network of Hope, a non-profit of APC. He and his wife Becky have one daughter, Emma Grace.

Johannes Amritzer

Johannes is an international evangelist and leader of Mission SOS, who preaches to hundreds of thousands a people a year. From festivals in Africa to leadership training in America his message is the same, “we’re called to live the book of Acts.” Led by Johannes, SOS has expanded with over 600 churches and offices worldwide. Johannes has also authored several books and loves to blog about his latest travels and revelations.

will jones

On the verge of a professional basketball career, God called Will to the ministry of an evangelist in 2010. Since then, he has been involved in global evangelism, equipping local churches, and passionately carrying the message of Jesus Christ to the Nations. Will lives with an unquenchable fire to proclaim God’s Word in truth and see Christ glorified in all he does. When not traveling, Will attends Emmanuel Christian Center in Minneapolis, MN and is happily married to his wife of six years, Jennifer.

brad leach

As founder and lead pastor of City Life Philly, Brad loves to preach inspiring messages that help people laugh, cry, and love Jesus more deeply. Brad is husband to Leah, and father of Gabby, Claire, Caleb, and Karis. Originally from Michigan, Brad gladly made the move to Philly in 2010 when it became clear that God was calling him to start a new church in this beautiful city. Brad has been a pastor for over 16 years.

Kelli Brownlee

Kelli Kinney Brownlee is the lead pastor of story collective church as well as a vocalist, songwriter, and minister devoted to sharing the gospel in song and word. Kelli has a heart for mentoring and teaching worship leaders and has served in roles such as minister of music, creative arts director and youth mentor. Kelli has also appeared on television as part of the Stellar Awards, Dove Awards, Trumpet Awards as well as the tv sitcom MIKE and MOLLY.

Bill Richardson

Bill Richardson is the president of Cutting Edge Relief, a Christian relief and development organization. He has served in Nepal, Hong Kong, and China as a missionary. He served as the director for World Relief and the Pittsburgh Leadership Foundation, resettling refugees. He also served as the Northeast Area Director for Wycliffe Associates and then served in Asia with SEAPC as Director of Global Missions.

Jonathan Shaffer

Jon has worked as a church planting coach, regional leader of a national church planting network, and teacher in a variety of ministry capacities. He has planted two churches, overseen the planting of almost 100 more, seen hundreds of people make a decision for Christ, and helped many people overcome the bondage of addiction, and find life and freedom in Jesus.

Ron Crum

With 30+ years in ministry, Ron has served the church for many years by training up the leaders of tomorrow. He founded the Appalachian District School of Ministry, which has become the model for district schools of ministry replicated in over thirty additional districts. Currently, Ron is the interim senior pastor & academic dean of Griffin First Assembly. He is a certified administrator of the The Leadership Challenge workshop, he travels internationally to train pastors in different nations, and strives to see the local church truly be the church of Jesus Christ.
